Pool Service Unlimited is seeking a dependable, experienced, motivated Repair Technician who is comfortable with outdoor, hands‑on work. This is a full‑time position servicing around the greater Naples, FL area Monday‑Friday. Our main objective is to provide consistent, top‑notch pool services to our customers.

• Diagnose and repair issues with pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, timers, sanitizers and automation systems
• Replace or repair defective components such as valves, motors, seals and lights
• Perform leak detection and repair in plumbing
• Troubleshoot and fix pool automation systems and electrical components
• Identify signs of wear, damage or unsafe conditions in pool surfaces or systems
• Communicate clearly with customers about repairs needed, performed or pending
• Stay current with industry standards, products and repair techniques through training
• Identify equipment models and part numbers for replacement
• Use mobile apps or service software to track jobs and update work orders (Skimmer)
• Perform related duties as assigned

• Knowledge of pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, sanitizers, automation systems)
• Understanding of pool plumbing and leak detection
• Ability to manage customer expectations and provide timely updates
• Valid US Driver’s License
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to swim proficiently
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently
• Familiarity with water chemistry and balancing pool chemicals is preferred but not required
• Previously performed route‑based pool cleaning is preferred but not required
