Position: Maintenance Supervisor - Naples 701 Apartments
We are seeking a customer-service individual with an upbeat, positive and "can do" attitude. Strong organizational and communicative skills. General responsibilities include fulfilling service requests; apartment punch; grounds, curb appeal; debris removal; general plumbing; pool maintenance; electrical; drywall repair; appliance repair; and painting. Maintain maintenance shop in safe and orderly manner and record keeping of inventory. Ability to work Monday to Friday.

On-call responsibility is required. Some weekend availability is required.

May have to work some holidays. Must have valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and car insurance. The Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years' experience in the apartment industry as well as a minimum of two years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor. HVAC certification is required and CPO preferred. Must understand and uphold Fair Housing Laws.

Requirements:

To minimize the expenses of the property through effective maintenance and preventative maintenance programs.

To train, direct, supervise and motivate the personnel which reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.

To provide safe, comfortable and well-maintained housing to the residents and to the community.
