Seasonal Retail Construction Fixturing Team

Job Summary

We’re currently looking for seasonal help (July‑October) who are highly motivated, self‑sufficient, and driven to produce the highest quality results in a fast‑paced, demanding atmosphere for our retail division. This position is ideal for hospitality veterans experiencing a summer lull. Travel is required. The location will change depending on the project.

• OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain it within 60 days of employment. Groom will pay for the course if passed.
• Practical knowledge and use of hand and power tools.
• Must have basic personal tools.
• Excellent fine‑motor skills for grasping, manipulating, and fastening small or precision components.
• Must have reliable transportation and a Real  driver's license.
• Ability to climb ladders safely.
• Capable and willing to work overnight shifts.
• Willingness to travel throughout the U.S. when needed (retail division only).
• Professional appearance that represents Groom well.
• Must conduct yourself in a professional manner.
• Must be able to interact with the public.
• Must complete general paperwork, safety reports, timecards, incident reports, etc.

• Sufficient strength and physical dexterity to perform related duties, including lifting, pulling, and managing heavy equipment and objects.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or 65 pounds without help.
• Prepared to work in all weather, including extreme heat or cold.
• Ability to complete assigned tasks timely and deal with the public courteously and respectfully.
