Service HVAC Field Supervisor

We are now seeking a Service HVAC Field Supervisor. If you are/ have:

• Previous experience leading, mentoring, or supervising field teams
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills
• Proven ability to prioritize, manage time, and execute in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable working with both customers and internal leadership teams
• Ability to de‑escalate customer concerns and handle conflict professionally
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability, with the ability to course correct when needed
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using systems/tools in daily operations
• Bilingual is a plus
• HVAC experience is a plus; strong leadership and field operations experience will be prioritized

• Clean driving record with at least 3+ years of driving experience
