Expert Air Services is seeking a motivated and customer-focused HVAC Maintenance Sales Technician to join our team in Naples, FL. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers while ensuring their HVAC systems operate efficiently and reliably.

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on residential HVAC systems.
• Evaluate system performance and identify potential issues before they become major repairs.
• Educate customers on maintenance agreements, indoor air quality products, system upgrades, and replacement options.
• Present recommendations that improve comfort, efficiency, and system reliability.
• Build trust with customers through professional communication and exceptional service.
• Document maintenance findings, recommendations, and completed work accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and work area.
• Follow company safety procedures, policies, and industry standards.
• Work closely with service technicians and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• 2+ years of HVAC maintenance, service, or sales experience preferred.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and confidently present solutions.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, and digital service platforms.
