A leading provider of storm protection products is hiring a full-time Service Technician in Naples, FL
. The role involves servicing, repairing, and maintaining shutters and other hurricane protection systems at residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain shutters and storm protection systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues.
- Explain repairs and maintenance to customers.
- Maintain service records and follow safety procedures.
- Work with the office team to coordinate schedules and parts.
Requirements
- Experience in maintenance, repairs, or field service.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Valid driver s license and reliable transportation.
- Able to lift equipment, work on ladders, and perform outdoor work.
- Experience with shutters, doors, windows, or similar products is a plus.
