Tower Engineering Professionals is seeking a Tower Foreman to lead crews on wireless site builds and tower modifications. You will troubleshoot antennas, RRUs, fiber and power systems, and ensure quality while following safety requirements.
You will also generate field reports and COP deliverables for clients. The role requires hands-on leadership, ability to work at heights, and a focus on safety, OSHA/DOT compliance, and client relations.
