Coastal Painting Contractors (CPC) is a rapidly growing commercial painting and specialty coatings contractor based in Naples, Florida. We work with property managers, general contractors, and developers across Southwest Florida on interior and exterior repaints, waterproofing, texture, and coatings systems for commercial and multifamily properties.

CPC is run by a management team who previously built and sold one of the largest painting companies in Canada and experience of over 35+ years in the coating industry. Coastal Painting Contractors is hiring an experienced waterproofing and sealant applicator for commercial projects across Southwest Florida. This is full time, year round work with a company that keeps its crews busy.

• Remove and replace failed joint sealants on concrete, masonry, and glazing systems.
• Prep and prime joints to manufacturer specifications.
• Apply liquid applied waterproofing membranes on decks, balconies, planters, and below grade surfaces.
• Apply elastomeric and traffic coating systems.
• Perform surface prep including grinding, pressure washing, and patching.
• Work off boom lifts and scaffolding as required.
• Keep the job site clean and safe.

• Two plus years of hands on commercial waterproofing or sealant experience.
• Working knowledge of products from manufacturers like Sika, Tremco, BASF, and Pecora.
• Comfortable working at heights and willing to obtain boom lift or aerial lift certification if not already certified.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Able to read basic project specifications and follow manufacturer instructions.
