211 Palm Beach Treasure Coast seeks an Elder Advocate (Care Coordinator) to support distressed, vulnerable elders 60+. You will provide crisis de-escalation, suicide risk assessment, counseling, referrals, and advocacy.
Based in Delray Beach for 12–18 months before relocation to Lantana, this full-time day-shift role offers health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and a mission-driven team serving Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast.
