This assignment will have you providing direct speech services and conducting evaluations with a varied caseload, offering valuable learning in different school environments. You’ll deepen your expertise, gain exposure to a range of student needs, and advance your leadership skills, all within a supportive and engaging team.
Qualifications- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
- Active Florida Department of Health SLP license
- Recent experience in school-based settings, K-12 caseload preferred
- Ability to complete fingerprinting requirements (prior prints via AHCA Clearinghouse may be valid)
- Commitment to working up to 35 hours per week on-site
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students
- Conduct assessments and evaluations as needed
- Collaborate with educators and families on students’ communication needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Serve one school site in either Golden Gate City or Immokalee
