Assistant​/Associate Golf Professional - Whitlock Golf & Club

Whitlock Golf and Country Club, a private 27-hole facility established in
1912 and located in Hudson, Quebec, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic
Assistant or Associate Golf Professional to join our professional team for the
upcoming season.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head Golf Professional
and the professional staff in all areas of golf operations, including member
services, teaching, merchandising, tournament administration, and daily golf
activities. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a respected, member

development.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional service to members and guests
• Assisting with daily golf operations and tee sheet management
• Supporting the organization and execution of member events and tournaments
• Teaching private and group lessons (all ages and abilities)
• Assisting with the golf shop’s retail and merchandising programs
• Contributing to junior golf programs and clinics

Qualifications:

• PGA of Canada Member (or apprentice in good standing)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Energetic, professional, and service-oriented attitude
• Experience with POS and tee sheet software considered an asset
• Passion for teaching, coaching, and player development

Compensation

• Payment of annual dues
• Education seminar paid (one a year)
• Many opportunities to generate revenue:
  Ladies Clinics, Junior Clinics and Private Lessons (All revenue goes to applicant)
• Salary range 19,000$ – 23,000$
• 40 hours per week
