CDL Bus Driver (Construction Worker Transport)

Estero, FL (Coconut Point Mall to West Bay Subdivision)

Position OverviewManhattan Construction is seeking a responsible and punctual CDL Bus Driver to transport construction workers on a short, consistent route—approximately 2 miles from Coconut Point Mall to the West Bay Subdivision. This position offers reliable, daily driving with split shifts.
ScheduleMorning Route: 5:30 AM – 8:00 AM
Afternoon Route: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Valid Florida CDL
- Proper endorsements to transport 15+ passengers (per Florida statute)
- Previous passenger or bus driving experience preferred but not required
- Reliable, professional, and punctual
- Background check and drug screening required
- Ability to safely operate a bus and ensure passenger safety
- Strong attendance and time management skills
- Competitive hourly pay
- Short, repeatable route
- Consistent daily schedule
