Ascertain vehicle servicing and repair need by reviewing daily inspection records and examining service schedules.;
Coordinate with repair vendors and when needed, wash vendors.;
Coordinate on road vehicle recovery in the event of an accident or maintenance issues.;
Provides purchase orders for maintenance repairs, obtains approvals when needed.;
Maintains automotive service records by documenting driver and vendor correspondence as well as vendor recommendations and corrective actions planned.
