Bentley Village, 2315 Leisure Lane, Naples, FL 34110.

Tram Driver:
Responsible for transporting residents to and from appointments and outings on campus using the community trams. The position ensures residents receive all appropriate assistance during transport and fulfills all operational tasks involving driving.

• Minimum 6 months driving experience.
• Current and valid Florida driver’s license at time of hire.
• Willingness and ability to be certified in CPR.

• Maintain a clean DMV driving record.
• Excellent communication skills, patience, and ability to handle stress and the needs of older adults.
• Client- and customer‑focused approach to problem solving and goal setting.
• Sensitivity to the needs of older adults and enjoy working with a senior population.
