You will take ownership of your route, vehicle, and the impression you leave at every stop.

In the warehouse, when you are not on the road, you will contribute to the operation by pulling and filling orders, receiving and stocking inventory, supporting the team on the floor, and helping customers load product safely.

  • Valid driver's license in good standing
  • Motor vehicle record subject to review and approval per Tropic Supply driving standards

Additional Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum one year of warehouse experience in a distribution, supply, or logistics environment
  • Experience with pallet jacks and warehouse equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs consistently throughout a shift and sustain physical activity in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • Strong attention to detail with a track record of delivery and documentation accuracy
  • Reliable, self‑directed work ethic with no need for constant supervision

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

  • Operate a motor vehicle for extended periods throughout a shift
  • Enter and exit vehicle cabs and cargo areas, including stepping up and down repeatedly

  • Load and unload cargo and operate lift gates where applicable
  • Push and pull loaded hand trucks, pallet jacks, and carts on various surfaces

Who Fits This Role

You are a professional driver who takes safe operation seriously and represents the company well at every stop. You do not take shortcuts on the road and you do not cut corners in the warehouse. You follow process correctly, ask when you are unsure, and take ownership of accuracy without being reminded.
