Part-Time Door Trash Collection Specialist

Overview

We are hiring part‑time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialists (Service Valets) to help keep apartment communities clean, safe, and welcoming for residents. This role offers reliable extra income with a consistent evening schedule, close to home, and requires owning an appropriate vehicle.

• Collect bagged trash and cardboard recycling from residents’ doorsteps each service night.
• Transport collected materials to the on‑site compactor using an open‑bed pickup truck or tow vehicle with utility trailer.
• Serve one or more nearby apartment communities during your shift, remaining within the same local area.
• Walk apartment communities, climb stairs, and work outdoors at various weather conditions.
• Use a mobile app to check in, track work, and capture required photos.

• Own an open‑bed pickup truck or a vehicle paired with an open utility trailer; vehicles lacking an open bed or trailer (SUVs, sedans, vans) do not qualify.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Active auto insurance for the vehicle used.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Smartphone with a data plan and willingness to receive SMS/text communications.
• Authorized to work in the United States (proof required).
• Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine.

• Lift and carry up to 50lbs.
• Walk long distances and climb multiple flights of stairs.
• Work around bagged trash and waste.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Truck pay rate: $18 per hour.
• Non‑truck pay rate: $16 per hour.
• Typical schedule:
  
  10–15+ hours per week, Sunday–Thursday after 7:00PM or 8:00PM.
• No work on weekends.
• Consistent, reliable hours with steady work.
• Fast pay via Daily Pay.
• Extra income suitable for a second job.
• Work assigned near your home.
• Safety equipment provided (gloves, safety vest, etc.).
• Opportunity for career growth; half of Area Leaders promoted from Service Valets.
