About the Job

Delivery driver roles in Domino's Pizza with a flexible schedule. The position involves delivering orders to customers in designated areas and supporting store operations.

• You must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards, as well as access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
• Possess navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area; able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.

Many team members began as delivery drivers and progressed to management or ownership roles within Domino’s franchise system. Stores offer opportunities to advance to roles such as general manager, franchisee, or corporate operations management.

General duties for all store team members include operating equipment, stocking ingredients from delivery areas to storage, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and completing related paperwork. Cleaning equipment and facilities on a daily basis.

• Exposure to varying weather conditions when performing outdoor tasks; in-store temperatures can range from cool temperatures to hot environments.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and other kitchen environments.
• Cramped spaces such as walk‑in coolers; hot surfaces up to 500 degrees or higher; sharp edges and moving parts.

• Sensing:
  Talking and hearing on the telephone; near and mid‑range vision; depth perception; ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.
• Temperaments:
  Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently or with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, interact with customers, analyze data, and make decisions.

• Standing:
  Most tasks performed from a standing position.
• Walking:
  Short distances for short durations on varied surfaces.
• Sitting:
  Routine paperwork performed at a desk or table.
• Lifting/Carrying:
  Lifting up to 50 pounds; carrying items such as cans and ingredients; stacking items on shelves; pushing/pulling trays and dolies.
• Climbing:
  Occasional stairs or ladders for signage, maintenance tasks.
