Warehouse Operations Coordinator

• Safely operate multiple types of forklifts and warehouse equipment
• Load, unload, organize, and move storage vaults and customer shipments
• Build custom crates and protective packaging using basic carpentry skills
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight shipments
• Schedule appointments and communicate with carriers, drivers, and vendors
• Update inventory and shipment information within our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and inventory control
• Assist with warehouse organization, workflow planning, and operational efficiency
• Ensure shipments are properly prepared, documented, and ready for transport
• Work closely with operations, moving crews, and management to keep projects on schedule

• Previous warehouse, logistics, moving, storage, distribution, or transportation experience preferred
• Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment
• Basic carpentry skills for crate building and custom packaging
• Comfortable using computers, email, and warehouse management software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining safety and accuracy
• Self-motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly
