This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse, inventory, or skilled trades experience who enjoys staying organized, working independently, and improving operational efficiency. You'll play a key role in managing inventory, coordinating materials, supporting field teams, and maintaining an organized warehouse that keeps the business running smoothly.

As the Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse while ensuring technicians have the equipment, parts, and materials needed to deliver outstanding service.
ScheduleMonday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Responsibilities include:- Manage inventory of electrical materials, parts, tools, and supplies
- Receive, inspect, and organize deliveries
- Issue materials to service and installation technicians
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
- Assist with purchase orders and vendor coordination
- Handle returns, warranty items, and deliveries
- Track inventory and backorders using company systems
- Work with the owner and team to forecast needs
- Help organize tools, equipment, and company vehicles
The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of their work while collaborating with a small team.
Qualifications include:- 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or materials coordination is required
- Experience working in electrical, HVAC, construction, or other skilled trades is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to take ownership of processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Comfortable communicating and coordinating with technicians and leadership
