Indispensabili altresì flessibilità, problem solving, autonomia e velocità a interpretare condizioni e soluzioni pur nel continuativo confronto. La provenienza dal settore Food è gradita ma non indispensabile.

Livello retributivo commisurato alle capacità e comunque ai massimi livelli del mercato Qualifiche Esperienza comprovata in ruoli di assistenza direzionale o gestione organizzativa

Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta (requisito obbligatorio)

Leading company in its sector is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Founder and President.

The ideal candidate has a solid and proven organizational background, with the ability to act as the executive’s operational “right hand.” A genuinely fluent command of written and spoken English is essential;  knowledge of additionallanguages will be considered a plus. The role requires full availability and flexibility to spend periods abroad, particularly for the supervision of branches located in Eastern Europe and Dubai.

Previous experience in the Food industry is appreciated but not mandatory. Essential qualities include flexibility, problem-solving skills, autonomy, and the ability to quickly assess situations and identify solutions, while maintaining continuous communication with top management.

Compensation level: commensurate with skills and experience, and among the highest in the market. Qualifications Proven experience in executive assistance or organizational management roles

Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory)
Knowledge of additional languages (preferred)
Availability for frequent travel and stays abroad, especially in Eastern Europe and Dubai Background in the Food industry (appreciated but not required) Key Skills Strong organizational and coordination abilities
