bwise Media is a global digital media agency focused on monetizing sports websites and apps. We pride ourselves on managing advertising sales for sports betting operators and collaborate with some of the world’s most popular sports portals.
Are you passionate about visual design and excited about creating compelling digital assets for brands in the sports and iGaming industry? As a Graphic Designer at bwise Media, you will be responsible for producing a wide range of design assets: from social media graphics and display ads to website elements and marketing collateral, that support our marketing objectives across global markets.

Responsibilities

Design static and interactive widgets for iGaming brands, including odds displays, bonus promotions and interactive casino games, specialised for Sports & Casino campaigns across global markets.
Develop creative assets for Paid Social campaigns, including Meta ads, display ads and promotional content, delivered in both static and video formats.
Design web graphics, landing pages and user interface elements that enhance the user experience and support campaign performance.
Design in‑house creative assets, brand materials, presentations, web design, social media content and any other internal creative needs that support the company’s visual identity.
Transform complex ideas and concepts into clear, visually appealing and easy‑to‑understand graphics.
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to develop creative assets that align with brand guidelines, campaign goals and target audiences.
Stay up to date with current design trends, tools and best practices to ensure fresh, modern and innovative designs.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and ensure the timely delivery of high‑quality creative assets.

Qualifications

Proven hands‑on experience in graphic design, ideally in a digital marketing agency or brand environment.
Strong proficiency in Figma and Canva is essential. Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects is also required.

Experience with motion graphics and video editing, with the ability to produce animated video creatives for Paid Social and iGaming campaigns.
High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high‑quality work on time.
Understanding of how AI tools can be used effectively in graphic design workflows.
Basic coding knowledge is an advantage.
Fluent in English;
German and/or any other language is a plus.
