Overview Experteer Overview In this role you will support Eisner Amper's National Tax Office by delivering in-depth federal tax insights and contributing to M&A tax projects. You will work within a collaborative, growth-oriented team that values mentorship and advancement. You will help shape tax guidance, trainings, and due diligence efforts that impact client engagements. Responsibilities Research and analyze federal income tax issues for partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, timing methods, digital assets, and related matters
Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring
Draft emails and memos
Draft firm-wide alerts on current federal income tax developments
Assist with firm-wide trainings in federal income tax
Assist with federal domestic tax due diligence in M&A transactions
Qualifications 3+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience
J.D. preferred
Experience with partnerships, S corporations, and/or C corporations
Strong analytical and writing skills
Proficiency with tax research databases (Bloomberg BNA, RIA Checkpoint)
