Retribuzione / Benefits Supervise the team, coach performance, and conduct annual evaluations
Assess client needs, define engagement scope, and oversee quality control of deliverables
Help clients maintain compliance with FEMA regulations and 2 CFR 200, assess audit readiness
Support expedited closeout of multiple open disasters
Oversee client financial management tasks, including time/cost tracking and reconciliation
Leverage experience to inform program implementation methods
Assist in strategic planning and growth by monitoring disaster recovery trends and opportunities
Engage in business development activities, including conferences, thought leadership, RFP responses, and proposal development
Identify recovery gaps and advise on leveraging resources for greater program impact
Occasionally travel or work extended hours as needed
Responsabilità5+ years in state/local disaster recovery programs administering FEMA funds3+ years in a management or supervisory role Knowledge of FEMA disaster programs, statutes, regulations, policies, and related compliance/financial management functions
