Role Overview
The Senior Sales Manager for Italy is responsible for maintaining, consolidating, and optimizing Amazfit’s business within the consumer electronics retail channel, while driving the development of the sports market, including sporting goods chains and specialized sports stores. The role ensures stability and performance in the tech retail channel and leads growth initiatives in the sports channel to strengthen the brand’s presence in the wearable and sport tech segments.
Responsibilities

Maintain and consolidate the existing business within the consumer electronics retail channel, ensuring commercial continuity, stable volumes, and strong in‑store execution.
Manage and nurture relationships with major tech retailers, ensuring consistent performance and high‑quality account management.
Develop the sports market, identifying new business opportunities with sporting goods retailers.
Negotiate commercial terms, promotional plans, and in‑store visibility initiatives across both channels.
Analyze sell‑in and sell‑out performance, monitor KPIs, and propose corrective or improvement actions.
Collaborate with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to ensure consistent execution across retail and sports channels.
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and category evolution in wearable and sport tech.
Coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns, and channel‑specific commercial initiatives.

Qualifications

7+ years of Sales experience in smartphone/wearables, sport tech, sporting goods, and consumer electronics. Sport Channel experience is a plus.
Proven experience managing both tech retailers and sporting goods retailers.
Strong ability to maintain and consolidate existing businesses while developing new channels.
Excellent negotiation skills and strong results orientation.
Deep understanding of the Italian market across tech and sports sectors.
Strong analytical skills and experience with forecasting and business planning.
