There are more than 100 employees, including doctors, hygienists, clinical assistants, and business and marketing support teams. The practice's purpose is to create a place where dental care is so friendly, comfortable, and convenient, it completely changes the way people think about dentistry.

The Dentist reports to the Clinical Director. The mission of the Dentist is to work in harmony with all team members to provide the patients coming to the practice with an exceptional experience so those patients stay, pay, and refer. The patients should receive more in service value than they pay.

• Monthly adjusted production: $60,000/month at 6 months, $65,000/month at 9 months, $75,000/month at 1 year, $80,000/month at 18 months, $90,000+/month at year 2 and after (based on approx. 35 hours/week)
• Hourly adjusted production: $600/hr by end of year 2
• Case acceptance: 85% of patients schedule treatment
• Patient reappointment percentage: 90%
• Dental competencies rating: 7 or greater in all categories
