We are looking to hire a skilled Dental Clerk at our Napoleon office, with the flexibility to support other locations as needed. You would be working alongside a dynamic team of healthcare professionals allowing you to utilize your skills and grow in your profession. Under the direction of our Dental Manager you would be responsible for the assisting with scheduling, entering insurance information, processing payments and co-pays, and assisting with other front desk functions to best support quality patient care.

Monday
- Thursday
- No Fridays!

What You'll Do:

Provide direct support to patients with check-in/check-out Communicate clearly with providers, patients, and CHS staff Enter insurance information and process co-pays/payments Follow all safety, HIPAA, and regulatory guidelines

What We're Looking For:

Dedicated dental clerk Front desk - dental office experience preferred Current basic life support certification or willing to obtain within one year of hire Strong computer and communication skills Ability to multi-task Ability to critically think and problem solve Reliable, professional, and compassionate
