Float Physician Assistant, Family Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Practice relationship-based medicine at the top of your license
• Provide wholistic care including prevention, chronic disease management and health education
• Use resources like Up To Date  and RubiconMD at no cost to you and patients
• Work autonomously with a company that values ingenuity, courage, community and FUN
• Remain flexible to cover shifts for absent teammates and vacancies
• Travel to various locations when required
• Collaborate with different teams ensuring continuity of work processes

• Active license & current ANCC or AANP board certification required
• Independent practice provider preferred, where applicable per State regulation
• Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability
• CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date
• Independent family practice experience including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visit, preferred
• Active license & current NCCPA board certification required for Physician Associate
• Independent practice provider preferred, where applicable per State regulation for Physician Associate
• Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability for Physician Associate
• CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date for Physician Associate

Demonstrates expertise in relationship-based medicine, providing wholistic care that includes prevention, chronic disease management, and health education. Holds active licenses and certifications necessary for independent practice, ensuring compliance with state regulations and delivering quality patient care.
