We provide high quality, proactive primary care to adults and children in partnership with local employers or unions, focused on prevention, wellness, acute and chronic disease management, and maximizing provider‑patient relationships. You will provide patient‑centered primary care to employees at assigned Marathon Health Centers through an Employer‑Sponsored Direct Primary Care model. This role offers a smaller panel of 800–1000 patients, longer visits, and a capitated fee environment.

Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatric. Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify required; active state license required; DEA preferred. CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date. May need a dispensing license per state regulations.

$230,000 - $280,000 per year, with potential additional annual incentive.
