Clinical Dietitian
Responsibilities: A Clinical Dietitian is a highly skilled dietitian responsible for all nutrition assessments and consultations for inpatients and outpatients. The Dietitian will provide nutrition therapy as requested by physicians, nursing staff, or patients. The Dietitian works closely with the Nutrition Services Staff to provide the patients with an effective nutrition therapy plan. The Dietitian will conduct community nutrition awareness programs as requested.
Qualifications:
A Clinical Dietician is required to have a BLS certification, a bachelor's degree in nutrition or dietetics, and a current Dietitian license in the State of Ohio. It is required that the Clinical Dietician is registered through the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics. It is preferred that the Clinical Dietician has previous work experience as a dietitian is preferred.
