What You'll Do:Clean, buff, strip, and wax floors throughout the facility
Complete interior painting, touch-ups, and surface preparation
Keep floor care and painting equipment in good working condition
Assist the Maintenance Department with general projects
Follow safety and infection-control procedures while working around residents and staff
Floor care and/or painting experience preferred
Dependability, attention to detail, and pride in your work
Ability to work independently and complete assigned projects
Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment
Healthcare or long-term care experience is a plus
