Associate Director, Plant Warehouse Operations and Logistics

Campbell’s is seeking a Logistics Leader to manage the site’s logistics function, directing the Planning, Distribution, and Purchasing groups to achieve plant goals and corporate initiatives.

• Manage logistics operations, ensuring accountability for finished product, capacity planning, inventory, and broker relations.
• Provide strategic direction to reduce lead times, lower on‑hand inventories, and drive cost containment.
• Lead and mentor managers of Planning, Purchasing, and Distribution, fostering a high‑performing, customer‑focused team.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, monitor trends, and implement continuous improvement strategies to achieve best‑in‑class performance.
• Oversee SAP process development, cloud integration, and logistics network design.
• Negotiate and evaluate logistics and transportation service provider contracts.
• Prepare accurate management information and reporting for corporate stakeholders.
• Maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment for all personnel.
• Establish financial goals, budgets, and operating plans for logistics operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse logistics and/or plant operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage finance, negotiation and customer satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, supply chain processes, and project management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows products.
• Experience with international logistics (import/export regulations) is a plus.
• BA in Supply Chain, Transportation & Logistics or related field is a preference.

• Base salary range: $144,600 - $198,900, based on location and experience.
