Pay Rate
1st Shift: $17/hr
2nd and 3rd Shift: $17.30/hr
Shift Times1st Shift: 7 AM - 3 PM
2nd Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM or 4 PM - 12 AM
3rd Shift: 10 PM - 6am or 11 PM - 7 AM
Shift times may vary depending on line assignment
LocationNapoleon, Ohio
Responsibilities- Ensures that any equipment or tool malfunction is immediately reported
- Maintain equipment and work areas
- Conducts repetitive line operations to assemble axles
- Performs specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Team Leader
- Advocates safety practices to the rest of the production staff
- Ensures that the supervisor/team leader is made aware of all machine/equipment malfunctions maintenance or safety issues
- Checks finished product for problems or faults and isolates any damaged or inconsistent item immediately
- Production and/or manufacturing experience is preferred
- Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to pass Background check, Drug Test & Pre-Employment verifications
- Must have steel toe shoes/boots7
- Must have good attendance
- MUST be able to work OVERTIME
