Business Unit Leader

As our Business Unit Leader
, you will manage and lead a cross‑functional team whose overall mission is to assure a safe work environment for employees, meet customer quality expectations, on‑time delivery to customers, and the implementation/proper operation of corporate and plant procedures within our 200,000 square‑foot manufacturing facility in Napoleon, Ohio.

• Ten (10) or more years of Operations Management in a complex manufacturing/final assembly environment.
• Several years of meaningful Tier 1 or 2 Automotive/OEM Part manufacturing experience with strong working knowledge of Materials, Process Engineering, Quality systems, Production Supervision, and Health & Safety.
• Demonstrated metric‑driven performance of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost Management within a manufacturing business.
• Strong knowledge of OEM customer expectations, quality standards/systems, and customer relationship management.
