Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Silgan Containers is hiring Industrial Maintenance Mechanics for our Napoleon, Ohio, manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair high speed manufacturing equipment and can lines.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize reliability.
• Troubleshoot and modify industrial mechanical systems.
• Use precision tools for measurements up to.0010.
• Support safety, quality, and productivity initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 or more years of experience as an industrial mechanic, maintenance mechanic, or maintenance technician in manufacturing.
• Strong troubleshooting and measurement skills.
• Safety focused mindset with attention to detail.
