A Registered Nurse (RN) renders personal and professional care for patients. Uses a systematic approach to assess patient needs, plan care, provide quality/direct care, coordinate care and evaluate care in an efficient, safe environment. The RN facilitates collaboration amongst disciplines to provide unified care delivery. This position adheres to standards of nursing practice, promotes teamwork with physicians and other departments. Patient advocacy, patient safety, and improving health status are priorities when developing the plan of care.

• Assess patients and develop care plans based on patient needs.
• Provide direct patient care and coordinate services across disciplines.
• Monitor patient status and evaluate outcomes; adjust care as needed.
• Ensure adherence to nursing standards and patient safety protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdepartmental teams to deliver unified care.
• Advocate for patients and support care planning and quality improvement initiatives.

Currently licensed in the State of Ohio as a Registered Nurse (RN).

Certifications:

BLS, NRP, PALS, ACLS and CPI (currently held or must be obtained).

Prior nursing experience is preferred.

• Ohio RN license
• BLS, NRP, PALS, ACLS, CPI certifications (or ability to obtain)
