As we continue to drive operational excellence, we're looking for a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair production equipment, support PLCs, robotics, and automated systems, perform preventive maintenance, and help ensure maximum equipment reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency
- Diagnose and resolve issues involving PLCs, robotics, vision systems, motor controls, drives, conveyors, and other critical production equipment
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability, reduce unplanned downtime, and support safe operations
- Install, relocate, maintain, and repair machinery, facility infrastructure, and utility systems, including electrical, compressed air, water, gas, steam, and fire protection systems
- Complete maintenance documentation, welding and fabrication work, equipment repairs, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining compliance with all safety and quality standards
What You Need for This Position
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification, vocational training, or related maintenance education preferred.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting, motor controls, robotics, vision systems, and automated production equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, technical drawings, and equipment manuals.
- Experience with welding, fabrication, pipe fitting, and machine repair; MIG, TIG, Stick, and oxy-acetylene welding experience is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs, precision measuring tools, electrical testing equipment, and computerized maintenance documentation.
