Front End Operator

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot the back end of all coating lines
• Clean ovens
• Cut cores as needed
• Ensure safe, efficient production of materials
• Perform visual inspections and measure material according to established procedures
• Accurately record production data in the computer database
• Detect unusual conditions, defective material, and operating difficulties
• Resolve process issues and elevate as needed
• Perform other duties as directed and assigned
• Maintain a safe work environment (5S)
• Perform minor equipment maintenance and area cleanup
