South County Home Health is seeking a part-time Home Health Nurse to manage patient care from admission to discharge in Rhode Island. You will coordinate care plans, communicate with internal and external teams, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality.
Requirements include an RI RN license or NLC state, BLS certification, and at least one year of acute and home health experience. A BSN is preferred and a valid drivers license with auto liability insurance is required.
