Legal Officer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Legal Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in law.
Roles and Responsibility
Provide legal advice and support on various matters, including contracts and agreements.
Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies.
Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide legal guidance and support.
Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks and protect the bank's interests.
Ensure all legal activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of banking laws and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with legal software and systems is an advantage.
