Description   We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in a technical service role, where they will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various equipment and systems. The Service Technician will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective service.

Responsibilities    Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
Perform routine maintenance on various systems and machinery
Install and configure new equipment as per specifications
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
Maintain detailed records of service calls and repairs
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes
Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements

Skills and Qualifications    1-5 years of experience in a technical service role
Proficient in electrical and mechanical systems

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
