KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a rapidly growing organization in Nashua, NH to identify a Project & Sub-Compliance Coordinator to join their finance team. This is a 100% on-site opportunity offering $24-$30/hour. This is a high-impact role supporting Accounting and Sub-Compliance functions to ensure projects remain financially sound, compliant, and audit-ready. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, be highly organized, and feel confident holding Project Managers accountable for required documentation and compliance matters.

Responsibilities
  • Partnering with Project Accountants to ensure all subcontractor compliance documentation (COIs, lien waivers, etc.) is accurate and complete
  • Monitoring project compliance requirements to support timely AR/billing and subcontractor payments
  • Communicating directly with Project Managers to resolve missing documentation and ensure accountability
  • Maintaining organized project records to ensure audit-readiness and smooth project close-outs
  • Supporting cross-functional collaboration between Accounting, Compliance, and Operations teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred (recent grads encouraged)
  • Advanced Excel skills (required)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence to follow up on compliance matters
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple active projects
  • Experience in project accounting, project administration, construction administration, or subcontractor compliance is a plus
