Back Project and Sub Compliance Coordinator in Nashua, NH. This is a 100% on-site opportunity offering $24-$30/hour. The role supports Accounting and Sub-Compliance functions to ensure projects remain financially sound, compliant, and audit-ready.
Responsibilities- Partner with Project Accountants to ensure subcontractor compliance documentation (COIs, lien waivers, etc.) is accurate and complete
- Monitor project compliance requirements to support timely AR/billing and subcontractor payments
- Communicate with Project Managers to resolve missing documentation and ensure accountability
- Maintain organized project records to ensure audit-readiness and smooth project close-outs
- Support cross-functional collaboration between Accounting, Compliance, and Operations teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred (recent grads encouraged)
- Advanced Excel skills (required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence to follow up on compliance matters
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple active projects
- Experience in project accounting, project administration, construction administration, or subcontractor compliance is a plus
