Controller, Accounting, Financial Reporting

A growing manufacturer serving highly regulated industries is seeking a hands-on Site Controller to lead all accounting, financial reporting, cost accounting, forecasting, and operational finance activities for a manufacturing facility with approximately $20M-$30M in annual revenue.

This is a key leadership role partnering directly with the General Manager to drive profitability, improve operational performance, strengthen financial controls, and support strategic growth initiatives.

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Own financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis
• Manage inventory accounting, cost accounting, and manufacturing finance
• Drive margin improvement, working capital optimization, and cost reduction initiatives
• Partner with operations on pricing, profitability, capital investments, and productivity programs
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain a strong internal control environment
• Lead audit activities and support corporate reporting requirements
• Develop and mentor accounting and finance team members

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA and/or MBA preferred
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Prior Controller or senior finance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong expertise in cost accounting, inventory accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Experience working within a public company environment is a plus
• Advanced Excel and ERP system experience required
