About the Role
Join our high-performing team as an Onsite Administrative Assistant, supporting our Product Line Director in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This full-time, on-site role (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM) offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in our product line operations and work closely with senior leadership. If you excel at organization, communication, and driving results, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Manage complex executive calendars and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events with precision
- Serve as the primary communication liaison for senior internal and external stakeholders
- Arrange travel, process expense reports, and handle procurement card reconciliations
- Plan and execute conferences, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless logistics
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite
- Provide analytical support and actionable insights on critical projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
- Interface with government agencies for acquisition support as needed
- Perform additional duties to ensure smooth product line operations

Required Skills and Experience

- 5-7 years proven experience supporting executive-level management
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong time management and calendar management abilities

- Experience with travel and expense processing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SharePoint and MS Teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Background supporting senior leadership or management teams
