As an Operations Associate, you will act as an essential support within the insurance and operations departments, assisting in the processing of paperwork and the setup of accounts. This role provides a foundational experience for entry-level professionals, offering the chance to learn on the job and develop critical administrative proficiency with the potential to advance your career within the industry. You will contribute directly to the smooth operation of our financial services firm, all while gaining exposure to industry practices and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing paperwork related to insurance and investment applications and account management
- Support the setup of new accounts and maintain accurate records within operational systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient handling of operational tasks
- Provide general administrative support, participating in various tasks and activities within the operations department
- Engage in learning opportunities that enhance your understanding of financial operations and industry standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; some college coursework or experience in administrative or customer service settings preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and participate in training opportunities related to operations and financial services.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred; or equivalent experience in similar tasks.
