Patient Service Representative

• Greet patients
• Answer incoming telephone calls and provide general information
• Check in and check out patients
• Schedule appointments and enter and track referrals
• Scan and index documentation
• Communicate with internal and external customers
• File documents and perform other duties as assigned

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service position preferred
• Knowledge of reception tasks, clinic policies/procedures, and paperwork

Demonstrates proficiency in patient interaction, appointment scheduling, and documentation management while adhering to clinic policies and procedures. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with both internal and external customers.
