Best Ford - Nashua, NH is expanding its service department. We are a family-oriented dealership focused on integrity, professionalism, and quality. We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service Support Associate to join our team to gain hands-on experience in automotive service operations and grow into a long-term career.

Role Summary

The Service Support Associate plays a key role in keeping our service department running smoothly. This versatile position assists with day-to-day operations like greeting customers, connecting them with Service Advisors, coordinating vehicle shuttles, delivering parts to technicians, and providing general support to the service and quick lane teams. A positive attitude, strong communication, and willingness to learn are essential. This role offers opportunities to explore multiple dealership operations and grow based on performance and interest.

Responsibilities
  • Greet service customers and direct them to the appropriate Service Advisor
  • Assist customers with transportation needs, including shuttle service and vehicle pickup/drop-off
  • Support the Service Advisors with overflow tasks such as writing quick lube service tickets or updating customers on vehicle status
  • Deliver and retrieve parts from the parts department to technicians efficiently
  • Assist with vehicle movement and lot organization as needed
  • Maintain a clean and professional service drive and work environment
  • Communicate clearly with customers, advisors, and technicians to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Support the dealership team with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service or automotive experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
