Best Ford is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Parts Counter professional to join our team in Nashua, NH. This role involves assisting customers with parts inquiries, managing inventory, and supporting the service department to ensure efficient operations.

• Assist customers in locating and ordering the correct automotive parts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update systems as needed.
• Collaborate with service technicians to fulfill parts requests promptly.
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Process sales transactions and manage parts counter documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts department.

• Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately with inventory management systems.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
