Drywall Estimator / Assistant Project Manager (APM) – Nashua, NH (Projects across New England)
Responsibilities- Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare accurate bids for drywall, framing, insulation, and related scopes.
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
- Solicit, review, and compare subcontractor and vendor quotes.
- Collaborate with the Preconstruction Director and Estimating team to prepare competitive proposals.
- Assist Project Managers in reviewing contracts, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate with field teams and subcontractors to ensure work is progressing according to plan.
- Track project costs, RFIs, change orders, and submittals.
- Maintain project documentation and reporting in alignment with Optiline standards.
- Support project closeout, punch lists, and client communication as needed.
- 2+ years of experience in commercial construction (drywall/framing preferred).
- Estimating experience and/or project coordination experience (field or office).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with estimating software (On-Screen Takeoff, Quick Bid, or similar) a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $75,000 - $125,000 per year
