STRUCTURAL is recruiting a Construction Foreman to lead field crews for concrete repair and masonry restoration projects from our Chelmsford, MA area. You will supervise crews, develop schedules, review drawings, and ensure safety and quality on commercial and industrial sites.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years general construction experience, 2+ years as Leadman, ability to supervise up to 10 technicians, read construction drawings, and communicate effectively with customers and project teams.
